Need a little help bros

I've developed small lumps under the nips. A little sensitive but not unbearable by any means. The guy that trains me says they will go away after I come off. He's been using for 30+ years so i trust his word but I always thought gyno was irreversible. I'm currently just on sust250 for 500 a week. Dropped Tren 3 weeks ago bc I was lactating. The lactating immediately stopped then the lumps developed. I just would like to know what I should take to get rid of them before they get worse. Thanks for any advice

I can get my hands on some Nolva as of now. Would that help any?

Sounds like prolactin-related gyno. I would get my hands on some letro.

By the way I would stay away from nolva when using any progesterone compounds (tren, deca). It will probably make your flare up worse.

Ok good luck. Just a reminder, always be sure to have an AI on hand (arimidex, aromasin) for aromatization and something for prolactin (prami, caber) if you are using progesterone compounds for any future cycles.
