need a little advice.....

hey guys...im just really getting back training hard in the gym, in all honesty i have been slacking over the past 1 yr almost.....looking to hop on a serious cutting/lbm building cycle.....def looking to use primo for the first time...i have done my share of gear in the past but i have never touched primo nor have i ever been "shredded"....stats: about 6'2 225, prob around 15-17% BF, i've lost some muscle mass along with about 15 pounds.....i would really like to end up at 235 hard and lean as fuck!!!! i have started eating much better and im lookin to do the gear!! anyone have a advice, i would appreciate it!!!! prob lookin to start asap and finish the bulk of the gear by mid june.....thanks guys....
 
Get your training and diet together FIRST. Be consistent for a good amount of time, until you know you won't slack off during your cycle. If you can't do it when you're off then you won't do it when you're on. Plus, you'll want to know that you can give it your all when off, b/c when your cycle is over, and you slack off again - BYE BYE MUSCLE!
