Need a list of DONT'S

If you were dieting, what would you put on your absolutely necessary list of DONT'S!

Alcohol and junk food are the obvious ones, but what about foods that are just kind of normal, or seem healthy such as oranges? What normal foods and other things would you try to avoid?

When I'm low-carbing, I avoid anything that is healthy like fruits and vegetables. lol

DONTS-
WHOLE MILK use fat free milk whenever cause if your not strict dieting milk is good

Dont buy sauces for your meat without looking at the label

Dont buy fat free products cause they make carbs high ,or keep a look out on the carbs,depends how many carbs u want a day
