still havent gotten the answer for dosage of T4. i just got it today. 100 tabs 50 mcg each. plan on starting it monday. dont know how much to take. first time taking T4. im also on hgh blue tops 4 iu's ed and test e 250mg ew and eq at 400 ew. so if someone can give me the dosage for taking it then it would be great.

100mcg of t4 convert by the body to 50mcg of t4..

so you decide..

i would recommend

50mcg of t4 = 25mcg of t3 in the body, if you are still feeling lethargic or anything up it to 100mcg per day..
