Need 6-OXO dosage recommendations PLZ

Coming off a 1-AD cycle today, got two bottles of 6-OXO. Bottle says take 3 before bedtime, is this enough or should I use more? I've got some Nolva and Clomid but I dont think it's needed, 1-AD is not strong enough. TIA

I've been using 200mg a day,are yours higher per dose?I haven't noticed any gyno and I'm almost through with my pct haven't lost a pound.
