is it disproportionate to your bodyfat level?
if so it may respond well to yohimbine (topical or oral.. though, as always, topical is preferable from a results/sides standpoint)

I had it liposucked-seriously, not painful and worked great, did it for my 50th birthday. now I need a face lift, oh well!
