Not to hijack.. but... I'm starting week 6 right now. Added the var on the 1st. I have seen a decent strength increase in the last week. I believe that is due to the eq finally kicking in (275 on the incline for 5 the other day

My bf is still below 10%. Not dropping much... so... I am adding another meal or two in to see if I can hit 245 or 250 with abs... that would be sick.
I am anyplace between 236 and 243 depending on the time of day.
I will be getting my bf tested in two weeks most likely...
*I would kill to lose bf while on with out trying... doesn't happen for me. I look at food and put fat on!
