ne one ever drop alotta bf while on cycle

has anyone ever dropped alot of bf while on cycle and not try to? im currently bulking and i look like i lost a good amount of bf im not bloated at all and i look a heluva alot bigger and harder but my weight is not going up that much. using test only no anti e's yet. has any one else expd this?

i dont know why thats bad but i went from about 12% to 7%.... what week are you on ure cycle and what dosage are you running? if ure running cyp or enth wait til week 4 or 5 to see weight gains. keep diet in good check and the weight will come.. patience is a virtue
 
cyp wk 6 and i didnt say it was bad but im normally bloated with test. im also eating like a pig and id say im down 3-4% also no cardio
 
really! what's the problem? u r gaining mass, getting hard, loosing bf...........sounds like a win/win situation to me.

what does your run look like?
 
i hope to loose a % or 2 while on.. that would be a nice finish and start to my contest diet... Slat. what week are u on? hows that cycle going? start the var yet?
 
This is something i dont understand, when some recommend to be at a lower BF before you start a cycle, alot of guys have reported that they drop a considerable amount of BF when on, so if someone started at 18% BF and dropped 4% then they would be at 14%...i think thats great..i can see that if you initially started at 14 and dropped 4 then you would be at 10% even better...but can anyone explain my theory or am i going about it the wrong way?
 
I'm curious to know that too, because with the typical newbie user I seem to think that most of them run their first cycle at high bf %. That's just my opinion really, even though most say they are down around 15% i think it's realistically 20%+ bf.

Right now i'm just on an HRT dose, which is 200mg/wk Test Cyp. I'm in week 6 and i have been going pretty hard in the gym and seriously eating like a pig. My bf% has stayed around 15-17% right now, but i didn't expect to lose allot either and I just wanted to put on some more mass before my off time and i'll diet down and start a good primo/var cycle. Basically wasn't expecting great things since mine is just a low HRT dose, but more curious to see how this first one goes and see if there are any sides before i start up. I'm also curious though to see if there are any people that are at high bf% (~20+%) that have done a cycle and what your results are in relation to bf% at the end. No gains, just what happened to your bf%
 
post up you guys...who started a cycle at any point with a high bf...we'll say between 17%-20% and saw a body fat reduction? And im not talking about winny or var or "cutting" agents (yes i know its in the diet) but say dbol/test/deca.. ect..not in that combination at all but at least one compound in your cycle...how much bf did you loose? And for the VETS, is the recommendation about starting a cycle at a lower BF more of an "ideal" recommendation...the lower the bf the more you can eat and gain opposed to being in a higher bf bracket...making you "pudgy" in a sence...either way its all in the diet....correct? POST UP!
 
im on my first cycle right now.. i started my bf is around 12-13. im decently lean all around except in the stomach area. although i can see the abs when i flex a little , so im not close to 15%. With the amount im eating right now, i dont see how ill be loosing bf, lol

I think most people recomend that you start at a lower body fat for a reason... you have to have some sort of a handle on your diet to get to 15%. If you are not there you really aren't taking working out and dieting too seriously. If you are and you lost say 10% to get to 18%... than another 3% isn't a big deal.

Not to hijack.. but... I'm starting week 6 right now. Added the var on the 1st. I have seen a decent strength increase in the last week. I believe that is due to the eq finally kicking in (275 on the incline for 5 the other day :) )
My bf is still below 10%. Not dropping much... so... I am adding another meal or two in to see if I can hit 245 or 250 with abs... that would be sick.
I am anyplace between 236 and 243 depending on the time of day.
I will be getting my bf tested in two weeks most likely...
*I would kill to lose bf while on with out trying... doesn't happen for me. I look at food and put fat on!

nice bro... we should workout together, i hit 5 for incline of 275 this past monday! Ya i noticed weight changes a lot during the day. I'm lookin for the test to kick in next week.

im using 600 mg cyp now on week 6 of 14 should i up it to 800 or 1000mg or would that be a waste at this point. this is not my first cycle btw.
 
if u think about it u dont lose ne fat but juss ur perectage...if ur 100lbs at 10% bf that means u hav 10 pounds of fat, if that person where to hit 200lbs at 5% bf they didnt loose ne fat bc they still would hav 10 pounds of fat on them
