Hey bros, got a quick question I am considering joining the navy reserves just wondering if they test for AAS, considering I have been cycling on and off for 5 years also I am on right now...thanks

I got drafted in 1968, the army didn’t test for anything,

The navy should supply you kids with free gear, we need bad ass sailors out there.

I don't think so it costs to much for them to do it. When I went into the army I was on a bunch of stuff scared of getting caught and they never said anything

I was in a special warfare unit 1984 to 2002 On and off still in we were specifically asked if we had ever used AAS and were told we would be tested for them randomly.....
If you are asked for your security clearance If you have I would tell the truth... just me, but a lot to risk if caught lying if you are scoring well enough many times they will overlook small digressions in judgement, but the failing a polygraph is tough to explain and the DOD is not a court of law so they do not have to prove your guilty of lying or any bs.
Cheers

No unless it is a sensitive MOS and then the questions/polygraph/testing might be part of your psych eval/SBI.
