Not a very reliable method.
Best way is to go to your Dr and have him check your Test levels.

The best way is to have established your baseline level before the cycle began, to compare your levels with after - then you have some real hard evidence (besides your dick)

Getting morning wood is a better indication of test levels returning to normal than just getting a boner at will. But, as these guys said, best way is to get it tested of course.
