Hey you guys got me to wait a while on the steroids and i understand... my supplemnts are doing me real good.... um... what is a super good weight gainer to take? and what about as far as getting cut? what is a good cutting supplment? thanks
 
Lean Mass Matrix from ProLab is a solid choice, since they use whole-grain low-med GI carbs in their product. Most weight gainers are sugar in the form of Maltodextrin, only good when used PW. Solid food is always choice #1. There are a thousand different fat bgurners out there. The last OTC one I used was by VPX. I'd get some ephedrine on line and stack it with whatever fat burder you buy.

You can try making your own weight gainer shake, what are your stats?
 
Agree with slyder... go for whole foods... eat lots of whole wheat breads, brown rice, vegetables... lots of proteins (chicken, fish, turkey, cottage cheese)... don't forget your EFA's (good fats)... definitely a must (flax oil, fish oils, hemp oil) - as for the cutting supplements, check out the AF Store - tons of posts on here from them explaining their supplements as well as from happy customers

I make my own shakes. The main thing is to make sure, like they said above, to go with whole foods. Make sure you get at the very least, 3 good solid meals under your belt. Then you can supplement shakes in inbetween as you can.

For my shake heres what I go with:

1/3 cup of Whey Isolate

A scoop and a half of Creatine Mono. (would have gone with PureCEE but didnt really know much about it when I was ordering)

A scoop and a half of Glutamine

2% milk
===============

I drink that 2 times a day before my workout. Then for my POST workout shake, I do the exact same thing, only I add 1/3 a cup of Dextrose in with it.

Lately I have been mixing in some sugar-free ice cream for a little flavor. Whey Protien gives me the shivers when I taste it heh.



On a side note, im glad that we could convince you to wait until later in your life. Its good to know that you at least have somekind of good head on your shoulders because you listened to a lot of people who are more experienced than you are in this area, and you took their advice. Most people who come in and dont hear what they wanna hear end up doing what they want anyway, and end up doing way more harm than good. *Golf Clap* to you! :Chef:
 
Im glad you came around little guy, sorry for the harsh treatment on the other thread. Follow all these guys advice. Alot of whole foods and a whey protein powder. As for supplements I'd say you dont need em BUT I really did like N02 ( gave me good pumps and awsome stamina). Some creatine wouldnt hurt also. Remember eat big, train hard, and rest. Your T-levels at 17 are great might want to supplement with Tribulus but it probly wont do you much good.

Not familiar with the Nitrix, but it appears to be about the same thing as your No-Xplode. If so, drop one or the other.

Only thing that I would add is 10g of L-Glutamine a day and amino acids. Make sure that you get the glutamine in after your workout.
 
ok sounds good probly the no-xplode cause it up sets the stomach on the leg days having to bend over so ill drop that...and i will try those and you can take those with creatine? no waiting?
