Natural GYNO Question

My friend has had natural gyno his whole life *and is Natural*, he's not fat but its just how his body is, he is about 5'10 maybe 220-230 stocky, HE is considering getting the surgery, if he's natural will Liquidex or Liquidfem do the trick? or will it give him some kind of help

What do you guys suggest for my friend with natural Gyno

-Will Anti E's still have an effect on his Natural Gyno?
-What will be the most effective anti E to cut his Gyno
-Thinking Liquid Fem
-If nothing works he might get the surgery, its worth a shot before the surgery

Arimidex is not going to do anything for existing gyno.

-Will Anti E's still have an effect on his Natural Gyno? letrozole + nolvadex
-What will be the most effective anti E to cut his Gyno letrozole
-Thinking Liquid Fem liquid fem = letrozole
-If nothing works he might get the surgery, its worth a shot before the surgery it's worth trying before going under the knife IMO, but it's up to him
