Well, I would imagine there must be some way of rigging it so that deads are possible. You don't really need your hands for those provided you can incorporate some hooks. Obviously though, going uber heavy is a problem for a few weks. I was sreious when I said a friend did the same thing and had a cast. He still came in and lifted and shit. He cut his cast open and made a modification or two to swing being able to lift. Let's see here are some good mass exercises you should be able to do:
Squats
Leg Press
Good Mornings
Deads (possibly)
With a cast, cable exercises should be no problem. So, there's some chest, arms, shoulders. I dunno, you should be fine really you just won't be able to do like heavy bench press or forearms and stuff.
