nasty stretch marks

New member
actually they arn't that disgusting but ever since i started DC's workout i they keep getting worse, im planning to start my first cycle, an 8-week of fina soon, i'm about 6'1" 190lbs and real lean, should i expect them to get worse?

Yes you should. And there's really nothing you can do to prevent them unless you plan on gaining weight gradually, which is very hard while doing a cycle. Especially the first one...

Bro if your 6'1 and only 190 and your getting them, then you are very suspectable. There is really nothing you can do that will actually work. As you get bigger, so will they. Mine used to bug me back when I was younger (22 or so when they were really first coming in) but now at 36 I actually like them. They show achievement.

I have them too from some major gains before I even touched gear. I had them on my bi's and tri's mainly, so I stopped doing them altogether for a few months because the stretch marks were so bad. The only other reason I did this was because my arms were so much out of proportion and the rest of my body needed to catch up anyway.

Where are you getting them? If you're pretty much proportional it's a tough call of what to do, but if they're on one of your best bodyparts you can focus on something else instead and take it easy with that bodypart.

i have them in each armpitt that extend from my bicep to almost my chest....

You'll get used to them. They used to bother me, but now I just kinda ignore them. The best way to hide them is to tan them very deeply. You can do your best to prevent them by moisturizing the area everyday......that might even help some of them go away, but all in all if you get them, you get them.

Yeah, that's what mine are like. Big fucking scars in the armpits and with DC training they have since slowly spread to my chest even while I was cutting. They're unnoticeable when I'm tan and they definitely fade with time. Those big ones in your pits will always be visible though, but who goes showing off their pits?

Man talking about strech marks, I got them bad as well. I went from 184 to 250 in about 31/2 to 4 months I know were your comming from her bro. I cant stand mine. I know that now they have a new laser that they can go in and remove most of them. Also you could rub some vitamin E on them every night before you go to sleep like 11/2 before and they slowly blend in with the color of your skin. good luck man.......TAPOUTM

I gained 50lbs in 4 months. Some fat, yes, but mostly muscle. And I was natural. Learned how to train, learned how to eat, and took advantage of my naturally high test levels.

No I wrestle and at mid season my coach came to me and said he wanted me to wrestle at 184 so are team had a chance to win nationals. I am naturally about 210-215 I was wrestling at 197 at about 8-9% body fat and I sucked to 184 and I was at 4-6% body fat depending on days. After the end of my season I was tired of starving my self and was ready to start my cycle. I was at 184 pounds on december 15th I started my D-bol, test-400, and anadrol. I was up to 220 in January. I keept eating like a pig and was tipping the scales at 245 on march 19th. This is no bullsh@# granted I was fat and bloted but felt like a million dollars. And my strenghth was amazing. Right now I am in the proccess of getting back down I am at 228 on july 30th 2003. I have to be down to 197 before the end of Aug. No I did not gain 60 pounds of new weight, I lost 31 pounds in the process of the season and I gained that back as soon as my cycle started and then I gained 30 pounds of new weight (water/muscle/fat) so this is how I gained so much weight and do to this my strechmarks are very noticeable.

I believe that. I just had a hard time thinking it was 60lbs of "new weight". No worries bro.

I wish I could be around 280 pounds so I could wrestle heavy weights competively. Some of those guys are just so huge granted most are fat but the others are 275 pounds of muscle and that is hard to move around the mat. Most heavy weights today get up to about 320 or in the 300 and cut to make 275. I am only 6''2 and the biggest I have ever been was 250 and I was in horrable shape once I started running and getting close to wrestling shape I was already back down to 235. So I would be giving up 40 pounds and that alot in wrestling. So yes I wish I could put on 60lbs of new weight (all muscle) after I get back to normal after season is over that would be awsome......TAPOUTM
