Just wondering what everyone eats while on a BULKING CYCLE........ its seems different than the regular dieting cause many limit certain complex carbs also when bulking.......
So what do you guys eat?
i was thinking
-wholewheat bread/bagel
-rye bread
-oatmeal
-pototoe,sweet potatoe
-brown rice
any others?
