Labbel says NANDRO- MAX It is made by genisis labs(france i think) lot 00010, Exp 2005 heard of it????

That sounds like a home brew or a 3rd party lab that is trying to use a fake lab name in another country.I have no clue as to the quality (nor would most people I would assume) of the product you have mentioned.
There are 3rd party or "underground" labs like Spectro (in Canadra) and Valopharm (also in Canada) that make good products and acknowledge that they are not "official" laboratories.
