doesnt matter when u take it during the day, but make sure you take it during entire cycle...good luck

I would split up your n2guard dosages Into 2.. Take 3 n2guard pills 3 or 4 hours after your first dose of var and then 4 n2guard pills 3 or 4 hours after your second dose of var...

Take them at least 3 hours apart

really you don't need to split it up at all.. just 1 time a day.. doesn't matter when just take it with food for better absorption..

you don't want to take n2guard near the same time you are taking your anavar doses... 3-4 hours apart is the optimal time to take it...

Agreed. N2Guard should be used with EVERY steroid cycle and pro-hormone cycle, bar none.

I've found that I have to take the full dose all at once for best results. Everyone is different though.

Yea I think everyone is different in this aspect, I split mine into 5-6 doses sometimes.
