How much is a meal nowadays? this is 80% casein, 20% whey. Would be a good MRP or night time shake to get in some solid calories and replenish your body.

the one time i went to gnc was when i was out of whey and finished a killer workout i picked up a RTD isopure once or twice haha.
They tried to upsell me on vitamins, proteins gold card and all that bs.

Its 5 bucks a serving... this stuff is the fine dining of nutrient shakes... its got more in it than a 30 dollar meal... and its all of the highest grade.... major bargain if you ask me.
Isn't that how much a Starbucks veinta to mocha or fancy drink is nowadays to.

This looks to be a great pre bed shake. Then I can drink my WM-hdp and whey to build rocky road all day.
