i am using whey protein and N-large 2 and just want to make sure that i am taking it correctly.



-on workout days: whey in the morning, n-large 2 after workout, whey before i go to sleep

-on non-workout days: whey in the morning, whey with lunch




is this good?

Try a different kind of protein before bed. One that takes longer to digest like casien. I would even eat some eggs, cottage cheese or salmon before sleep time.

I dont like the 26 gr of fructose per serving (assuming the maltodextrin is all long chain)- fructose easily converts to fat and at a much higher rate than simple sugar in excess. also raises triglyceride levels. also 3 gr saturated fat?

if given a choice, stick with MRPs that have all/most of their carbs as complex carbs from grains, long-chain maltodextrins, etc. the exception is post-workout where you want fast digesting simple sugars (not fructose) and/or high molecular weight carbs like waxy maize starch
