Now i have heard throught my many years of gym talk that taking antibitiocs will help you refresh your recptor sights. is that a myth or is that the truth?

not sure for certain, but ive never heard that. I wouldnt think they would, antibiotics destroy biological organisms aka bacteria... so i dont see how they would have any effect on refreshing receptors
 
That sounds like something based on nothing.....did that make sense?

How could you really prove refreshing your receptors with antibiotics anyway? Don't know if there is a way to study this........

Never heard this one,,highly doubt this is true. I have heard T3 will help clear receptors.
 
There are many different types of "receptors" in the human body, antibiotics can increase or decrease those receptors that deal with bacteria in the body, but do not affect muscle receptors in the manner that you inquired.

I have not heard that about the T3 would you have any knowledge of medical report regarding this? I would find it very interesting

He may be referring to using an anti histamine to clear the beta 2's like Ketotifen supossedly does. If that's the case T3 upregulates the beta 2's.
 
don't take antibiotics unless you are sick . . . you may need them someday and then your body won't be able to utilize them.
