Just out of curiosity why would you buy MER at $97?

Watch MER is going to 105 soon. Maybe 110, it's best of breed blow out quarter. I'm surprised so many people sold after earnings. End of this week it will be fine. VSE is an ethanol play, corn prices are going through the roof. That stock is doomed only problem is the state of the union speech. If Bush starts really talikng up ethanol VSE will go up a little but it's still doomed for a few months at least.

AMR is way to high, a little pop in oil and down it tumbles. Over bought and over priced. This week will kill AMR.

KSWS is Kswiss their sneakers suck. Ugly earnings report coming up Feb. 5. I jumped the gun a little on that but the charts weren't looking good. I'll get it in a a couple of weeks. LOL.

Think I f'ed up on OI, earnings Jan 31 but I don't know about that one now.

This coming week I thinking of putting a massive short on JNPR. Using PUTS on that but I'm not 100% on that at the moment. If you got the balls Feb 18 puts are cheap.

Like JNJ into earnings the 23rd. They will guide higher and money is heading into drug companies.

Give me a few weeks to see what happens.

I have been trading for 6 months now and finally doing a little better than breaking even. My advice: don't take mine. Not for now anyway.

Hell no. I shorted Delphi into BK. They have to many people and are paying most of them to much. They put in a two tier pay system with union consent but basicly Delphi has to wait for the older higher paid guys to die or retire. There are better stocks out there. Long term who knows but the UAW is really in a fight for their life and when it comes down to it I think they will kill a company as opposed to becoming unimportant.

The thing with Dell is a lot of people think Vista will sell well forcing a big computer upgrade cycle. If true Dell is a decent pick. Personally I think Vista will be another windows me.

SGP is a good pick long term but it's riding over the Bollinger upper band. It's also becoming pretty overbought.

RNR is looking more like a short. If 54.30 is broken it's heading to 50.

JOYG looks good for a pop.

CHDN looks good.

TXCO looks good.

By GiGi do you mean GG? It put in a double top and looks very bearish to me. That stock can move a lot in a hurry but I see no technical reason to do anything with GG.

I don't like RBN, could be a short but I would just stay away from it.

The street.com has a buy on this with a 60 target. Technicals look good.

My thoughts.

Correction: GIFI. As far as RNR goes Zacks is listing it as a #1 rank with a $75 target within 3 months. We'll see what happens. I haven't gotten into B. bands yet, currently I am using a 7 and 30 day MA, a 14,3 slow stachtics and occasional MACD. Of course with my performance I welcome any input you may have that is for sure. BTW-Zacks is showing a target for JOYG @ $51.50 but that doesn't mean it won't go higher if it does rise.

VOL--The 30 day is trending up, the last close spiked above the 7day MA, and it's moving out of the oversold range on the Williams%R. Plus it just had a really big spike and the selloff from those cashing in has already taken place and looks to be rising again. Let me know what those Bollinger Bands are telling you. Just sold 200 shares of ATI which I have had for months. Got in at $84.00 and hit the $100.00 mark today.
