I have been reading and contributing articles on this board for a couple of years. I am amazed at the number of people who train and supplement without knowledgable supervision. Obviously, this board serves as an excellent source of information, opinions, and anectodal evidence. But, for the novice, intermediate, and some advanced, it isn't cohesive enough. Obviously, when things work out, there isn't a problem. But what about the "invisible" things like Blood Profiles, Organ damage and other physiological changes? It is embarassing to have to present to your doc or ER doc AFTER the fact, because then you have to explain the cause. Prevention is best.
I see too many novices jumping into huge cycles for the first time. Why? Bad advice? Too eager? They think it is the last cycle of their life? People need to start out slowly and watch for the changes. Keep track of their blood levels. Reduce dosages when untoward side effects occur. Perhaps start out low to get the "hang of things." Be prepared. Plan everything out BEFORE you do it. Don't let money be your guide--it is your body and your health. If you can't afford to do it right, don't do it at all. Take antiestrogens like aromasin with your Testo. Take proscar if you have balding tendencies. Take Dostinex if you fear prolactin/progesterone gyno. Lower your doses if you start having untoward side effects. Do a proper recovery cycle. Get help and seek out a mentor/coach to help you with your cycles/training/diet.
It is so easy to have success if you prepare, plan and prevent. If you do this, you can cycle safely the rest of your life.
