My third cycle log

I will be starting my third cycle soon and I will log it this cycle is mainly for mass.

My stats are 5'6 and 166 lbs bf of only 9%.

The cycle is :
Test e 500mg weeks 1-14
Deca 300mg 1-12 weeks
Dbols 30mg ed for the first 3 weeks
S-4 50mg 5 on 2 off
Pct Clomid weeks 16-20 100/50/50/50

Will post updates after each workout session and how they worked out :) any suggestions.

Sorry for late post about yesterdays workout,

Im still waiting on S-4 to get here but i started the gear none the less. First workout went pretty great kept most strenght from past cycle heres the breakdown:
Shoulder press (db) : 45lb x 15 / 60 x 10 / 70 x 10 / 60x10
Standing shoulder press 100x8/ 100x8
Reverse shoulder flys (db) 25x20/ 30x10/ 25x20
Shoulder fly (pec deck) 100x10/ 100x10
Tri overhead extension 60x12 /80x10/80x10/60x10
Tricep press 100x15/100x15/145x8
Rope extension 100x10/120x8

The workout felt really great had a really pump too
