My quad hurts a day after injecting

is there any way to get rid of it because i cant run with it hurting like this. ive tried stretching good but it just wont go away.

Try using some heat and massaging the area.

Damn- i just did my first quad shot- is that what I have to look forward to? My ass was starting to feel like a pincushion with th EOD fina shots- so I thought I'd mix it up-tomo
