My progress, and advice for my third cycle?

My first cycle (Jul-Aug 2001) was just a simple 8 week course of dbol's, at 40mg per day, followed by clomid. No problems, and moderate gains that I was quite happy with for a first "dabble". I went from from 180 to 196lbs, then back down to 183lbs a couple of months after the cycle.

My second cycle (Jan-Apr 2002) was 400mg deca, 500mg sust for 10 weeks, with 30mg dbol in the first three weeks and last three weeks. Excellent strength and mass gains - I went from 183lbs to 210lbs (!) and then back down to 190lbs at the time of writing.

I'm really happy with these results, as I'm genetically a hardgainer, but I'm really nervous about touching deca again, because it caused "deca dick" and had to solve it with Viagra.

So, the advice I need is this: I want to do a bigger cycle for my third one, but I want to cut out deca (and anything else that had similar effects down below). I loved sust, but friends have told me I should try test cyp in my next cycle. Any recommendations for a powerful third cycle? I'm just not sure what I should stack with the test...

Try this:
Test Enan. @ 500mg wks 1-8
EQ @ 400mg wks 1-10
D-bol @ 25mg ED wks 1-4

You should be able to put on 12lbs with this. Hope this helps!
 
You seem to lose quite a bit after your cycles even with Clomid. I would try running Arm/Liquidex at .5 ED during your cycles to keep the bloat/water down, so you'll know what you've really gained.

As for your diet and training? Are you keeping them consistant even after you come off? I get the feeling that you might be slacking off a little. :o

i like this cycle, although i woulo run dbol for 6-8 weeks, add some arimidex or femera in there for water

make sure to keep protein very high during and after the cycle (2g/lb of bodyweight), that will ensure that you will generate more solid muscle tissue and be able to keep it with much more success post cycle
