ok guys here it is. i did not want to shoot fina like some bros dont so i hooked up with a guy who sends u the kit to make plogel. plogel is the same as phlogel its just the no frills version...like buying just plain ole ibuprofen as apposed to NAME BRAND--ADVIL.
when i started the plogel 4 weeks ago i was looking a bit soft after being off my dbol cycle for a few weeks. bodyweight was 232lbs at 5'9". since im still bulking i didnt mind putting on some fat so what i did was really put the plogel to a test. i made sure to get in 300gms of protein a day but after that i went crazy. i had pizza 2x a week, ice cream after my meals and cookies...forget about it. u would think i would look fat and shitty. hahahahaha.....not only did i get stronger but this stuff keeps u hard as nails. i put on 5lbs and with my bad diet u can still see veins in my arms and the cuts throught my body. you wont gain 20lbs but if u are looking for solid gains and a hard as rock look this stuff is for u. think about how someone who be me soon.
