My plan for AF contest, expierenced bro input.......
A little histroy. I dieted down from 274 to 232 from Jan 05 to May 05. My bodyfat went from 25% down to around 10-12%. Around that time my body stalled out and I couldnt get the last bit of fat off. So, I decided that I needed a little break. I took basically the whole month of June off my diet. i didnt eat like shit. I just was a little more lax on my carb consumption. My diet while I lost all that fat was 400g Pro, 150g Carbs, 60g Fat. These were my amounts for Monday through Saturday. I took Sunday off. Again, i dont go crazy on sunday, I maybe go out to eat with family ect...
During this time I was also doing cardio 45 min in the morning on an empty stomach, 6 days a week.
Then lifting at night, four nights a week.
I also did cardio for 20 min at a moderate pace at night on the days I didnt lift.
So I took a break, gaind some weight back(its okay, I was triying to) and I am now thinking this is what I will do now. I am thinking of trying this diet for the next 16 weeks.
M,T,W,F,Sat are all "low days" my ratios for these days are:
400pro
175carbs
60fat
Thursday and Sunday would be "high days" my ratios for these days are:
300g pro
400g carbs
60g fat
I will still be following a 6 day a week cardio routine, 45min first thing in the morning. 20 min at night on days I dont lift.
I will still be lifting four days a week.
Cycle looks like this:
Test E 600mg/week Weeks 1-16
Eq 600mg/week Weeks1-16
Tren 75mg/ed Weeks 1-8 12-16
AG Liquifem 2.5mg/day
Clen with Ketotifen 120mcg/3mg/day respectivly
T3 Pyrimid up to 100mcg and back down Weeks 1-6
I have been using gear on and off for 5 years. Usualy 2 8-12 week cycles a year. I just got real serious with my dieting in January though, which BTW is the best thing i have ever done for myself!
My pics are in the "AF sponsered contest" sticky thread. They were taken on the 22nd of July and I have already lost a considerable amount since then. My goal is to get down to 7-8% while gaing some LBM in the next 16 weeks.
