was my roommates. man, you shoulda seen the crap they would eat. at one point they stocked up on arby's sandwhiches and had them in the freezer...wtf.
 
I think you may have jaundice, what with that yellowish skin color. And you need to use some Arimidex to reduce the water retention in your face.

that pic was 5'8" 160lbs. never had my bf tested (i've tried the tanita handheld one's before, but it always said 4-5% so i know that it doesn't work for me).

my first cycle has been enanthanate and eq. my gains haven't been spectacular. part of the reason is 'cause it fell during the time frame where i was ending the school year, with finals and projects and papers and all that bullshit, so my diet was less than spectacular. you are what you eat. i'm 7 wks in and 170lbs last i weighed (a week ago about).

goddamn, i just looked at the picture and realized that you must eat that shit all the time or know someone who does to recognize that.

Well, let's see if the coward will have the guts to put his pictures up for all the world to see. He probably has a big 'ol nasty gut and girly titties like half the so-called "bodybuilders" on this forum. What a loser. Don't let jealous people ever veer you from your goals. If you had that physique for a base at 160 and now you're 170, you're doing great. Just stay with it, and do all you can to keep your gains after your cycle.
 
Keep hitting em hard my man. Good solid base. Lets see some current pix to track the progress. BTW I got total respect for you. Takes some balls to put up the Pix.

thanks for the comments guys. as far as my goals, i am somewhat unsure. i know i am looking to get at least to 190 before i start worrying about being cut. but who knows, i might get there and think i'm not big enough (i used to think i would be pretty big at 170). i still have 3 weeks left of my cycle (for 10 weeks total), so i'm gonna be trying hard to pack on more mass by then. i just gotta eat. i'll see about getting some pics then. now i think i look the same, even though i am 10lbs heavier (a little more fat, but that can be fixed)

as far as bringing my chest up, i know that my upper chest has been lagging, but overall i always thought my chest has decent size (and people say so too). i've been focusing on incline work first before doing any flat work since a couple weeks before the start of my cycle and i've noticed that my upper chest has been filling out more. it's nice. hopefully it'll help bring my bench up.
