This will be my 6th cycle. I am 26yrs old and working out for 10 years (serious for about 7 years). My current stats are as follows:

Height
6ft

Weight
249lbs

BF%
15%

Lifting
Mon - Chest & Abs / Tues - Quads & Calves / Wed - Back & Hams / Thur - Off / Friday - Tris & Abs / Sat - Bis & Calves / Sun - Shoulders & Abs

Cardio
7 days a week low intensity for 50 min.

Diet
Meal #1 - 5 whole eggs / 4 egg whites
Meal #2 - Protein Shake with 1.5 TBL spoon ANPB
Meal #3 - 8oz of Chicken or sliced Turkey Breast with 1/2 cup raw cashews
Meal #4 - Protein Shake with 1.5 TBL spoon ANPB
Meal #5 - 8oz of top sirlion with green salad with TBL spoon of olive oil & vin
Meal #6 - Protein Shake with 1.5 TBL spoon ANPB

Cycle
Week #1-5 - VAR (40mgs per day)
Week #1-8 - Cyp (500mgs per week)
Week #1-3 - PROP (100mgs EOD)
Week #1-16 - EQ (400mgs per week)
Week #1-16 - GH (2 ius per day)
Week #1-16 - Clen (50mcgs per day increasing by 25mcgs every 2 wks until I reach 120mcgs
Week #1-16 - T3 (25mcgs per day increasing by 12.5mcgs every 2 wks
Week #1-16 - Letro (2.5ml EOD)
Week #9-16 - Enan (500mgs per week)
Week #9-16 - Tren A (50mgs EOD)
Week #9-16 - W (50mgs EOD)

My goal is to get down to around 240lbs and 10% BF. I will be posting b4 and after pics once I start. Any suggestions/recommendations would be appreciated.

Week #1-8 - testosterone cypionate (500mgs per week)
Week #1-3 - testosterone propionate (100mgs EOD)
Week #1-16 - Equipoise - boldenone undecylenate - (400mgs per week)
Week #1-16 - gh - growth hormone (somatropin) - (2 ius per day)
Week #1-16 - Clenbuterol (50mcgs per day increasing by 25mcgs every 2 wks until I reach 120mcgs
Week #1-16 - T3 (25mcgs per day increasing by 12.5mcgs every 2 wks
Week #1-16 - Femera - letrozole - (2.5ml EOD)
Week #9-16 - Enan (500mgs per week)
Week #9-16 - trenbolone A (50mgs EOD)

Too many shakes and not enough whole foods!
 
nice cycle, you can use that daily diet for about 3-4 days during the week succesfully
i would recommend carb loading immediately after for the next 3 days
 
this should be very interesting

that diet is of high interest to me

and that cycle looks sick, except i know nothing about T3 & growth

Why do you have to do 500mgs of testosterone cypionate a week? Whats wrong with just 100mgs of testosterone propionate every 3 days. Why even do Cyp? And that other guys right about the diet. More chickens, roast beef (no sodium Boars Head), fish, shrimp, turkey, lean ground beef...I'm cut up very, very well and I eat those meats all day long. Hell, I don't even drink any protien shakes and I only did 100mgs of Prop every three days. Just me I guess.

WTF???? Dude it is his 6th cycle. 100mg of prop every 3 days? WTF? That is only 200 and something a week!
 
Get the clenbuterol out of their. If you really want to use it cycle it two weeks on and two weeks off. Or if you must take it throughout take benadryl every two week for 14 days str8t.

And take the letrozole only when you need it. Taking 2.5mgs EOD is way too much. you wont have any estrogen in your body and you need some to grow.

8 weeks of winny. I hope its injectible if not cut it to 6 weeks and take some milk thistle along with it.

If I were you I would cut out the cyp and prop and run str8t enanthate 500-600mgs 1-16 weeks. The anavar should be more than enough to get your pumps up and feeling strong b4 the test kicks in.

I ran a 16 week 600test/600Eq cycle last year with dbol the 1st four weeks and the last 6 weeks. The test/EQ is a good cutting cycle if you can control the hunger that some people get on the EQ. I honestly didnt feel any change in appetite.

I was planning on carbin up once every 5 days - I am very carb sensitive - but I will gage it off of my energy levels, etc...

I am only using the prop to front load - after that I wanted a long lasting test. I was even considering bumping the mgs up later in the cycle to 750. 100mgs of prop every third day just isnt enough in my opinion - but thx for the input.

I was planning on taking the Femera - letrozole - EOD throughout bc I am prone to gynecomastia.

My Winstrol - stanozolol is injectable but I will still take some MT and some Evening Primrose Oil which helps with the liver as well.

As far as the EQ - I have run it before without much change in appetite as well.

I think its still way too much letrozole even if you are prone to gyno. Try one pill a week dividing it in two and take sunday morning and wednesday night. A whole pill EOD is waaaayyyyy too much.

I am just going to play it by year and depending on how I feel - bump it up or down...
