G granby140 New member Sep 30, 2002 #1 1 can Tuna 1 cup brown rice 1 cup tomato soup (ready to serve) redhot sauce to taste. mix all these together. make sure to cook the rice first lol. It is a slop to eat but damm good. Its almost 600 cals with 45 grams protien. Cant beat that
