jr. was born 29 June at 11:48pm he's doing well and his mom is recovering from her the C-section she should be out of the hospital on Friday

Thanks everyone, yes this 1st for both of us, I'm heading back advanced party for our redeployment to do some work back in AK before everyone gets back so I should see him before the month is out, Yeah he's packing some meat on his bones so he's going to have to get started pretty soon, I got his grandpa doing some calistetics right now, jut to work on getting him limber and loose for some pushups and situps when I get home

Being stuck in afghanistan sucks but hopefully he'll find that cool when he gets older

yeah I hope he's smarter then me and his mother....he's already trying to move alot, was told that his head starts shaking cause he's trying to lift it...I just give him credit for doing neck strengthening excersises...it was funny cause I actually had a dream the night he was born that he was 20 and we went jumping out of a plane together and then went to lift weights...Def look forward to the begining of the best years of my life ahead of me
