1-6: npp 200mgs E3D
1-4: dbol 25 mgs
1-2: clen (unknown dosage, depends how I handle it, but will taper up and down till off)
1-8: test enanthate 500 mgs weekly
3-6: t3 .25 mcg daily
5-6: clen (dosage to be determined)
10:start hcg/clomid
other: Lots of vitamins.
Training: HIIT cardio sprints 3 days a week for 15-20 mins. each, and 4 (maybe 5) days of weight training, depending on how recovered and fresh I am. Weight training specifics are to be determined, I'm going to try and vary everything every 3 times i hit a body part, so for instance I may do 3 workouts with high volume low reps, one bodypart weeky, then switch up to low volume low reps to failure but do each bodypart twice weekly, then a week of HIIT 15 rep full body workouts 3 days a week, then back to one bodypart weekly, rinse repeat. Just going to try and diiferentiate as much as possible.
Goals for the cycle: Just plain out body transformatoin, I don't care if I get bigger, or end up leaning out. I'm just going to keep very active with both sprints and weight training, keep a strict diet of low carbs, all carbs coming from fiber and green veggies except post workout maltodextrin, and a lot of meat. Im going to eat when I'm hungry, probably about 6-7 meals daily. Drink a lot of water, and we will see where this cycle takes me.
