I was offered a job....not my dream job, but good job that is a step up from what I am doing now and does get me out from under my current boss. I have until Thursday to decide. I also have a few other applications out there. So we'll see.

I get 365 sick days a year if I want.

We call it annual leave and I think I got about 15 days this year. Again I think it goes up to 4 weeks once you reach a certain seniority.

It really varies, some companies only give two or even one week a year.
