my goals are to go from 6 foot 145 lbs im at now to 165 lbs and stay under 10% bf.... how long do you suppose is a realistic time period for this to occur
It's possible, but it will probably take you for-forking-ever to do. I did gain mass and some significant strength when I was doing what you want to be, but I was just starting out and I'm young. Now I'm an eating machine and gaining strength like crazy.
