My Gains as of Today

Well I am pleased to say that I am still moving up very very fast. I think I might try posting some pictures later when I feel as if I am worthy.

When I started back to the gym after New Years I hadnt lifted in two years. I was still very athletically active though. When I started back I was 19 6' 185 pounds and 15% body fat. Now that I have stuck with my workout plan that I have posted before(which got ass raped by some of you pros), I am 6' 200lbs 9% bodyfat. I actually got back up to 200 in 3 weeks but now my weight has stablized and my bf keeps going down. All I have taken is some good ole Mega Whey.

I am tired of my routine and I want to know how yall split your days up and what you do on them. I am ready to get hardcore about some strength because I have mainly been worried about being cut the past 4 months. I am going to be adding deadlifts and maybe cleans(the exercise from hell). Just want your opinions or how to stack my days.

definitly add deadlifts. when i added them to my routinei was off cycle but i was being accuse left and right of juicing. best exercise around in my opinion, too bad hardly anybody does them... maybe 3 people at my gym tops.
 
sunday - legs
monday - chest
tuesday - back
wednesday - off
thursday - shoulders
friday - bi's and tri's
saturday - off

If i do not take off the day on wednesday, I feel too overtrained to work shoulders. I figured this routine works best for me. Sometimes, pending gear, I will train tri's after chest and bi's after back and on friday. Along with light legs after shoulders. Most of my exercises come from Arnold's book.
