THERE is no good reason to take anadrol and winny together you are just asking for liver problems. Anadrol is the most liver toxing oral! Winny is not far behind...Do both and you are asking for trouble. If he wants to properly use his gear winny,anadrol, with test do it like this!

1-12 - TEST E 250mgs/EW
1-4 - Drol 50mgs/ED
10-14 - winny 50mgs/ED

I did not read that to closely! 5'9 155lbs?!?! Shit I started when I was arond 180lbs at 5'8! Do not do what I said above cause by no means is this guy close to his natural potential! EAT EAT EAT! stay away from the juice!

I agree, he can gain a hell of alot by just eating right and training right. But, if he is hell bent on doing a cycle, I would suggest:

weeks 1-10 250-500mg test enan
weeks 1-4 50mg tbol ED
.5mg adex ED or EOD
nolva pct

he should be more that happy with that for his first cycle, no need for anadrol at this point, IMO.
