My food choices

oatmeal, chicken,cereal,subway, cottage cheese, salad,turkey,eggs,


I have a little gut im trying to loose. What do you think of my food choices and do you have any other suggestions?

if you want to step it up and be really serious, get rid of the cereal and just eat oatmeal for breakfast (if you need the sweetness, you can add splenda) and when you go to subway, don't get a sandwich - go for the salads and double up on the meats and cheeses for more fat and protein.

Proteins: lean beef, chicken, turkey, fish (tuna), lean bacon, eggs, protein powders

carbs: oatmeal, green veggies, beans, yams, sweet potatoes, wheat pasta

fats: almonds, walnuts, sesame seed oil, pumpkin seed oil, MCT oil, Flaxseed oil, all natural peanut butter, olive oil
