back about 6 years ago i got my first run of gear it was one bottle deca 50mg 50ml one bottle ferforvit b and 6 primateston ampules i would take one ampule a week and a shot of rev every other day one hour before the gym and a 150mg of deca a week. For my first run i think it was perfect no gyno and i kept most of it. but i paid 190 for each 50cc bottle and 20 for each ampule. but the gains were 25-30 pounds.
