Just wait til your writhing on the floor in convulsions as you half conciously realized that you just severed a main nerve in your body. Your wife walks in to see you foaming at the mouth, and blood spouting out of your eyes. You gurgle for help, but she only stares in disbelief. Suddenly, your breath is kicked out of you by the crushing pressure in your chest. The last thing you see is the needle on the floor against the wall as your seizure smashes your face into it, wedging it into your eyeball.
Actually, the first shots are always the easiest. But for me, they are becoming difficult because of scar tissue in the muscle, have to push it in a little firmer now, not like a hot knife in butter like it first was. Also hurts a bit more, since I feel it tearing through the tough muscle.
