ok i've been working out for 10 years all natural and i think i've just about come to the end of my natural ability. I've been dieting for 6 weeks now. I started at @17% bf and am now at about 13%. Calipers aren't the most accurate way to measure but i do know my waist is down 1.5".
Anyway, i lift 4 x's week and do cardio 5 x's week. My diet is 250g protein 150g carbs and 50g fat. Proteins comes from egg whites and chicken, carbs come from veggies and post workout carbs, fat comes from nuts, flax seed and fat naturally in the food i eat.
i'm 6'1" 230#'s (was in the 240's at the beginning of my diet).
Now i've done a lot of research and am thinking of:
winstrol injectable 50 mg day
clen 2 weeks on 2 off 100 mcg daily.
t3 for 30 day start at 25mcg up to 75mcg and down to 25mcg
two questions:
my goal is to maintain my size and reduce bodyfat into the single digits. Does this look ok?
second would i need to do a pct and if so would clomid be good? i hope since it's the only one i can get right now.
