My first cycle

O hai guise. 22 year old guy at 6' 3½" tall looking to throw in his natty card. I assume you want the 1 RM stats in lbs:
220 bench (whatever, I got monkey arms), 320 squat, 440 deadlift, 150 OHP, (205+90) chin up.

My progress has stalled pretty badly lately. My size is decent in my opinion except my arms. Main goals are to lose the love handles and get stronger. Looking to clean bulk on my first cycle to gain strength and lose a little fat at the same time.
The picture below sums up what I'm going for basically. Massive strength and aesthetics. I'm not looking to compete in drug tested events though.

Hoping you guys can help me narrow down which compounds to go for and which to stay away from. Will stick with one compound for my first cycle. These are my priorities in order:
1. Don't wanna risk going impotent. Don't wanna risk losing my hair. And I don't wanna take big health risks in general. I'm genetically prone to losing my hair, but I've managed to stop it with the help of Recrea Forte. How would switching to Propecia while juicing affect my hair? Can I hope for it grow thicker?
2. Can't afford the most expensive compounds. I hear Anavar is like twice as expensive as something like Turinabol.
3. It has to work obviously, but I don't need something super effective like Trenbolone.

Also, I've had back acne for quite a long time. What's most likely causing this? Genetics, high consumption of milk proteins, Recrea Forte or other factors? Also, which compounds tend to give more acne than others?

There is a massive difference between 19% and 10%.. if you were 20% bf then you would have very little lean body mass for your height.. you should really get it checked out

20 % at 208 lbs would put me at 166 lean body mass. Low by steroid standards of course, but decent for a natty ain't it?

Also, BUMP. My questions need answering.

166 at your height is tiny.. hell I'm 5'10 and I'm 190lbs at 9% and I feel skinny.. so no that's not a good base..

do me a favor and read the sticky's and do some homework, then come back. the questions you are asking are too vague and if you can't even give full accurate stats then there is no way you are ready to mess with hormones yet.

have someone at your gym test out your body fat. ask the front desk for help

also the fact you deadlift twice as much as you bench is a red flag in my book. your upper body needs to be worked out more... i like that you love to work out your legs but 220 on the bench for a dude your size is pretty weak.
 
ya man im 6'4 and i have 100 pounds on you. You can easily change your workouts, and take some supplements to gain some weight, oh and learn to eat.

you are most likely going to want to do a test only cycle for your first run, but you really need to change what you are doing if those are your lifts. i did those my freshman year in high school (no offense). but maybe hit up the workout section on the site, get some new tips on training stuff. buy some workout magazines and do some of the routines. eat a lot! eat complex carbs til you can't eat anymore, then 2 hours later do it again, and again, and again. you will gain weight like a mad man
 
Why is the body fat percentage so important? Are these body fat estimates fairly accurate?

Actually, I started bench pressing before I ever deadlifted or trained legs lol. My bench is shit because I got monkey arms. W = F*s
And if I got 20 % longer forearms than other guys, well then that removes a lot of weight from the bar. Adds to the deadlift though.

Because if you're a fucking lardass then you don't know how to diet or train so what the point doing steroids.. also if you have high bf then steroids you are more at risk for getting high blood pressure, estrogen related problems and just general health problems.. steroids aren't a short cut to getting slim..

What the fuck dose long arms have to do with you press, I'm 6'4 and I warm up with 220, it's great to have strong legs but for Christ sakes man start building up your upper body
 
If you are expecting to not have any adverse health consequences then roids arent for you
