my first cycle

heya all,

Ok, here's my question.

I am planning on starting my very first cycle ever by the end of the month. Initally I was going to go Sust250+Deca. However since this is my first cycle I was wondering how effective just using sust250 would be maybe 500mg/week. I've been watching the boards for quite some time now and noticed that most cycles are stacked. Is there some wrong/bad with NOT stacking?

Just in case it matters,

5'11" 193lbs. approx 20% bf.

Gotta look good for the summer.
 
It's alright to run a test only cycle. I know a few people who have done this usually with t200 though. But, i know some guys who have used 250mg of sus and still made good gains. You might see better results stacking it with something, but there would be nothing wrong with doing 500mg of sus a week and that's it. What are your goals for this cycle.
 
I'm looking to finally hit 200 punds....7-10 more pounds basically. Also trying to cut down on the bf% somewhere around 15 or so....I'm taking clen right now as well, doing 30 mins cardio in the morning on an empty stomach.....hopefully the sust can help with the bf% a little as well.
 
For your first cycle ever, I, personally, would NOT stack. All these other guys on this board are experianced users. They've done it before and are going to do it again. You need more with each cycle ( or so I'm told ). So I would just do a 1cc of Deca for 8 weeks OR Sust at the same dose. My first cycle was Deca@1cc/week for 9 weeks and I ended up with 22lbs by week 12. Stacking just isn't needed the first time and you run the risks of side effects. Make sure to have some armidex for after your cycle. And your bodyfat seems high, so I'd cut out 75% of your current fat intake. Keep your protein up ( 190gms) and eat 6 times a day. DON'T do this cycle unless you've been hitting the gym for a year. You'll get sloppy results. If you're gonna do it, do it right. Good Luck!!
 
Sorry I didn't even see your stats. You should try to get your bf down from 20%. You should do a cutting cycle. Even though testoterone is a natural fat burner you might not see the results your looking for. Do you plan on trying to cut down are bulk up.
 
If I were you I wouldn't run a deca only cycle. I think your original idea is good. Just run the sus at 250mg-500mg a week for 8-10 weeks. If I were you I would do 500mg becasue I worked out with a guy who only did 250mg a week and was dissapointed with the results. You should do this cycle and then take your clen post cycle to help keep your gains and lose excese bf
