Ok, so I am basically 10 days into my cycle of 250mg test e once a week, and 50mg Oil based Winnie EOD. Im consuming at least 2 shakes a day, eating clean, and drinking a gallon of H2o a day..
I'm 6'2, BF 18%, and weighed about 218 before
Here is basically what I have experienced:
I got a nice lump 4 days ago on the top of my ass, either due to a) using too close of a injection site, or b) doing one injection of water based winny at the same injection site. I was confused at first of the oil based winny, so I used water based until I got straightened out by Black Sheep on this board.
That lump hurt considerably over the weekend, but is now getting better.
I am lifting 5 days a week. Did legs this morning, and just got back from a shoulder workout, since I am only doing cardio tomorrow.
Put myself on the scale, and I'm 225lbs! Heaviest I've ever been!
My strength is up! Military press on the smith rack is up 25lbs. Front squats are up! I think I like this juice stuff!
My concern is this: I really want to cut weight/ BF...thats why I'm keeping my first cycle pretty small. Here are my questions:
-Will my strength continue to increase, and when will I see a peak? I am upping my dose of Winny to 50mg ED on the 6th week.
-Do I need to throw in anything here NOW to prevent Gyno? I think I may be prone to it.
-WHat is a good PCT for me?
