Why is it that certain people are able to receive emails from but Idon't get their emails back. This happens a lot with my EF email account. Is there a way to correct the problem?

I just paid $29 to upgrade me email account here. Now I'm a litttle upset b/c certain people with an EF account are STILL not able to send me emails.
