My DNP cycle Log

Hey guys I started my DNP cycle yesterday(thursday the 21st).
I am running 400 mg a day taken in 200mg caps once in the morning and once before bed. I am doing 2x a day cardio for about 30 minutes each session give or take. I am using 8 squirts of Yohimburn ES 30 minutes before each cardio session on my face,pecs, abs, and lowerback/oblique area. My diet is clean so far but the carb cravings have not set in so we'll see. I am taking 400mg querticen and a double dose of multivitamin every day on top of as much water as I can hold down(better go get some nw in fact). I am ALREADY sweating.
Yesterday before I took the first cap I weighed 231 and I weighed 227 this morning. I am pretty sure that is just water weight because I usually fluctuate 5-6 pounds. I will keep you guys posted.
 
Good luck, I suggest taking the 400mg early on in the day. You should not take dnp after 3PM. It will be very hard for you to sleep and the nite sweats will be alot worse. (My Opinion)
 
I took mine around 7am then the other at 7pm.Your really not gona sleep well on it no matter what you do so might as well just suck it up its a short period so its not so bad.What your doing is perfect GoT should work out great for ya I found out that the more cardio I did the leaner I got regardless of what I ate all though I tried to stay away from fats but could not control the insane carb cravings I had was eating tons of fruit all the time when I was on it especially oranges and grapefruits and tangerines stuff with lots of juice.
 
there was a really good post on here a couple of days ago saying that you MUST eat carbs for DNP to work properly... I read through the article and what it was saying about the production of ATP was stop on with my biology class so you should really look into that... Just a thought
 
The body produces heat when you ingest carbs as a biproduct off burning the calories so I imagine it helps in a thermogenic kind off way i know I sweat my ass off ridiculously after every time I ate something high in carbs it was embarassing as hell to be in public like that.
 
1) I take my second dose of the day right before bed because I'm usually asleep by the time it gets digested and I start to get hot. I sleep next to a jug of ice water, the AC on full blast, and a fan blowing on me.

2)Querticen 400mg a day(200mg w/each DNP cap), Yohimburn ES (8 squirts 2x a day), and a Multivitamin

3)When I said I was eating clean I just meant no refined starches or sugar and goin easy on the saturated fat. Trying to keep calories under 2500. Eating clean also includes eating fruit(bannanas, blackberries, and strawberries) to keep my glucose levels high and for their antioxidant benefit.



As for an update for this morning, I had no night sweats last night. I just took 200mg DNP, 200mg Querticen, 2 caps of my multivitamin, and 9 squirts of YES. I am about to eat a bannana with peanut butter in it and go jump rope for 20 mins or so. My muscles feel exausted from all the cadio I've been doing. I'll post up when I start getting warm/uncomfortable. Later ya'll.

You should do great bro be sure to drink plenty of water while you do the cardio.
 
Sounds like you're running this smart. Can we say karma? Yes, I do believe we can.

Let us know how it goes. I'm imagining you'll get great results if you can keep it up. Personally, I've never had the discipline to keep a totally clean diet, myself, but I'm not a big dude to start with so I don't cry about it. :D
 
Not to undo that K but I did have a handful of reeces pieces today and some munchies chips...no sweating afterwards for some reason though. Visible fat loss in spare tire area and face(the YES I think). I will post up tommorrow.
 
Update: Sweats have stared but no lethargy yet...will add ephedrine if the DNP does make me tired. Diet is stil somewhat clean maybe an extra 200-300 calories a day. Weight is down to 217 and I have lost a lot of fat over my abd and handles. Not so mucgh progress on my face though. I'll post up. Later.
 
231 to 217 already?! That's a big jump, even for water weight. I'm definitely interested in seeing what you stabilize about three weeks from now. With your diet and the cardio, you have great potential for seeing a noticeable change in body composition.

Be careful with the ephedrine, though. While it -can- be handled relatively safely, any kind of CNS stimulant (even caffeine) is gonna put more stress on your system. DNP's strong as hell by itself, and remember -- this is just one cycle. No need to do it all at once. I don't like to risk reactions with like 30 different supplements considering the volatility of DNP.

SWEATS HAVE BEEN MURDEROUS TODAY. I think Ive lost so much weight because I've done so much cardio. I will take my last cap tommorrow night(Wednesday that is). This is the best DNP cycle I've ever done and I am postitive its the cardio and diet. It makes all the difference. I'm goin to get some water holla ya'll.
 
As with anything else, DNP isn't a magic pill. Well, it's damn close, but your results are speaking for themself, right? :D
