My diet...what do you folks think???

My general daily eating includes this:

7:15- 7 egg whites with 2 (sometimes 3 yolks)
1 orange

1 multi-vitamin
1 gm vit. C

10 am- salad (lettuce,red cabbage, broccoli, carrot) with 5-6 oz. chicken breast mixed with about 1-2 Tbsp. light dressing.

12:15- Same as 10 am meal

4:30- 5-6 oz. chicken breast, 1tbsp. flax seed oil
1 thermogenic pill ( i find them great, we call them red rockets around here but the bottle says thermogenesis

5:30 -!!!!workout!!!

7:30 can of tuna with mustard
1 multi vitamin
500 mg vit. C

10:30 another chicken breast and 1 tbsp. flax

i also drink 3-4 liters of H20 per day

Now a little about my reasoning with this:
I work 8- 430, that is why the meal times are weird in the morning. im in the process of shedding some fat for the summer. so far its working pretty well and am pleased with the results. i'm hoping to get some extra cash to get some protein powder becaus ei wanna throw a bit more protein in without having to eat it. also i do cardio in the evenings about 4-5 times a week. i wish i hasd some pics to post but i havent got a scanner. perhaps soon i can get a friend to get them done for me.

any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated

I'm 22 yrs of age. training on and off for 5 years but only trained hard for about 3 of them. competed in 2000 where I placed second in my junior heavy division. as of now im more about fitness. i weigh 185, not sure bf% but it is quite low, I am very lean and am trying to maintain while adding a bit of muscle size (lean) I've never used gear and will never start to. Thats cheating to me. I'm also 5'9" in height.
 
mad good diet..do you refeeed or carb up on weekends? no veggies with the meals? y cause its carbs? but i would try that but i heard refeeds speeds up metabolism and causes more fat loss..i carb up with oatmeal and yams...what type of cardio you do
 
mainly my cardio consists of jogging (roads) mon,wed and friday while i do the bike on tuesday and thursday. tell me a bit about yourself missyD stats and so on....If you want you can drop me a line at my email [email protected] weekends are basically free to eat whatever.... i tend to take in a lot of food sunday because of the fact it is a boring day and I tend to eat when 'm bored. I find eating perfect (or as close as i can) through the week and being a little more leniant on weekends shocks my body and speeds up my metabolism.
