I know I used mustangs diet as a guide line but I wanted to see what you guys thought of this for my needs I am 225 8% 6 foot

It looks good, i would incorporate 3 tablespoons of flax seed oil a day also.

Other than that. good job,

Although you might want to up your protein intake an extra 50 grams.

It looks good though, Just stick with it and don't pussy out.
