my dbol only cycle WTF ?

I am into wk 3 of my dbol only cycle. I have been running 20mg 10am 10pm daily for about 3 wks. I have had diet in check and gym time has been good. I have been keeping up with bp and it seems to have increased by about 10%. that is the only thing I noticed. I havent seen much in terms of strength increase, bloating etc.. I have put on about 5 or 6 lbs but nothing unusual and maybe just a little harder. I only did this oral only because I have read so many bros that said it was good. My diet was/is good and my training is on too so please dont ask about that. The only other side is I stay sleepy most of the time. I begin to think I have some bunk dbol but they appear legit. I got them from a legit source so... I mean they are pink, square, BD on one side with the score mark down the middle and 10 on the back side. Everything I see, read says british dragon 10mg dbol. What up ? any thoughts ? I am on no anti e up to this point so I figured I would see some small bloat but nothing. Anyone ?
 
20mg is a small dose bro. Some people need higher doses. When you say your diet is in check what does that mean? I cant take that for granted anymore.
 
Well I have been monitoring my eating and I have been getting almost 3k cals a day and over 200g protein daily and it has been grilled chicken, tuna and shakes too. I can break it all the way down but even if my diet is off,(which it isnt ) a little I should still feel a strength increase. I thought That 20mg was a good standard dose to go with for a 6 wker ? I could bump it to 30 but whatcha think.
 
I need your stats first. 3000 cals is what I would eat to LOSE weight, LOL.
This morning I was 223 (5mins ago I was 228 :worried: ) and I eat 3800-4k for maintenance and bump up to my current 4200-4500 to gain. 5000 to shock when weight sticks

sorry forgot to post stats. I am 5 10 and 188 lbs. I am about 13%bf too. I have been training off and on for yrs. I have been good at it lately (9 months or so) and have never been over 200 lbs. I am 31 yr old. Also, did a small dbol winny cycle about 2yrs ago and got harder and noticed more strength gain too than with this cycle if that is what you wanna call this. I just thought I would try this but my mind is beginning to think my dianabol is not the real deal although it is from reputable person and pics match out dead on ?

At a bodyweight like that I think you should be seeing something from this. What were your doses like on the Dbol/Winny you did and did you get it from the same guy?

The doses were 10mg daily a piece on the dbol winny . It was a long time ago and I didnt know too much about it. I tried to get ya at the elite but my acct has expired and I tried to reestablish and it is actin up.
 
im lovin it right now. fuck my mid section is bloated but fuck, pumps and weight started movin real good today. im happy now. i get about 4-4800k cal. oh im on 30mg/d of bionabols

One hour of good bike riding can burn almost 1K cals, weightlifting can run about 700 or so per hour, depending on the intensity. So, you gotta put in a lot more than what seems natural.

I have known this for years but only recently has it really registered. After I started applying it and shooting for a minimum of 4Kcals per day, my body has definitely made some changes. And I'm still losing fat.
 
The only issue with increasing calories is the fat. I can only eat so many clean cals. I am concerned about gaining a lot of extra bf. I am 31 and it isnt as easy to shed as when I was 25. Any suggestions ? I know I can take in some olive oil for a few hund extra but what else. Doesnt anyone else see the problem for me being 31 ? Seriously, I bust my ass when I do cardio but it still just takes a lot longer to shed it.
 
Well you said that you eat appx 200g protein/day. Thats not much. You could EASILY get away with another 100g/day without gaining fat. Thats 400cals right there. Add some carbs (100g) along with it and you get 400 more. Make them very clean carbs (Sweet Potatoes) and you'll be happy. Careful using you age as a problem around here. We have a 53yr old dude who looks better than 95% of people EVER can. :radar:

seriously, what are you trying to do? you know what you have to do. aint nothin to it but to do it. just eat
 
it still is a really low dose, and you will see much better results if you spread it out better, ie, 10mg every 4 hours hours, at least 3x daily

How many cals you think a normal person will burn lifting at a low intensity? I switch up low and high intensity during the week works good for me when cutting but might befucking with me while bulking

boom!...im glad to see someone know wtf they are talking about.....it is rediculas to spread dbol out through out the day like that....and first off, the whole dbol in the am will boost natty test doesnt ride in my book, esspecially if you are dosing later in the day also.....you have NO natural test while juicing..and how much of a differece is it gonna make....

dbol has a 4 hour half life. so take it at least every four hours.....buy and injectable, stick it in your ass and take FULL ADVANTAGE OF ANABOLIC STEROIDS!!!( or you are simply wasting your time)

here, I just found this nifty website. Their numbers are quite similar to what I posted for my weight. It will at least give you a close idea. just cross-reference your activity with your weight.

So the consensus is for me to start taking in another thousand or so cals and take in another 100 g of protein ? Noone thinks the dbol is bunk ? I find it difficult to believe that I would see nothing but bp increase even at my 3k calorie 200protein diet. I havent even had any real dead out insane pumps either. I will try to bump the groceries up but does anyone else have any input ? Everybody think I should bump to 30 mg daily ? Thanks and I am gonna hit yall with some k for the help. I know radar is a big mofo and props to him but I need some help . :qt:
 
I was right around your size before and I'm similar in age. You have all your answers right in the thread, just stick them all together.

Bump your dosage to 30mg/day and spread it out. You will see more consistent gains if your system isn't constantly being spiked at one time. Add 1000 calories and 100g of protein and you should see some changes

Adding 100g of protein wouldn't be hard to do if you supplemented with shakes. I do doubles of All The Whey powder and they're good for 48g each.

You have good stats so I assume you have a pretty good grasp on how many cals you're taking in. I've seen people inflate their cals/protein and not realize they weren't getting anywhere close to that. Not saying that you are, just that it may be another thing to take a closer look at.

a while ago i did a dbol only cycle...i gained like ten lbs...i kept like 5 or 6....nothing special...pump were good....dbol is a much better compound in conjunction with something like test or deca
