I really can't even rap my head around that and what it would cost to raise 12 kids. I only have 1....your dad must have an awesome job. How old are you? I ask because I am wondering how many grandkids your parents may have as well.
Holidays must be that more special though. My mom was adopted and they died a long time ago. I always long for a big family to share them with.

My sister had 7. Would've been 8 but she had a miscarriage. Her kids range from 20 to 5 and she has 2 grandkids. They all live in the same house along with the 2 grandkids mommas. so they have 13 people living in a 16 x 80 3 br 2 ba mobile home. x's infinity!!!

37 grandkids!!!!! ugh, my mom has 2...my sister and I have each had one (boy & girl) and told her that is all she is getting. If I would of stayed with my son's daddy I would of most likely had more....in retrospect, it was best that didn't happen. Being a single mother of one is tough enough!

My Mom is so over being a grandma. She calls me every year and says "If you want your kids to have a present from their Grandma, you better go buy them something and stick my name on it". She is classic - reminds me of the fruitcake lady.

that is funny........and with THAT many grandchilds it has to be impossible to shop for..not even thinking about money just trying to remember them all and what they are in to .... mind boggeling!! (sp?)

On another good note, she has alot of loving family to take care of her so she doens't have to go to one of those awful places.
okay maybe I should go make some more babies on that note...lol na, that would take to long now to pay out. I'll have to take my chances and have already told my 14 yr old that when I get old he best not put me away, I want a mother in law suite in his back yard. He always looks thrilled
