My cycle - What ya think?

My First Ever Cycle - Boy is it working!

Hi Guys,

first cycle ever and Im 4 weeks into it, was a bit shaky at the start with multiple input from various sources and late arrivals of the juice but think im right on track now, it is as follows.

Week 1 - 250mg Test Enanthate 2 times a week.

Week 2 - 250mg Test Enanthate 2 times a week

Week 3 - 250mg Test Enanthate 2 times a week, 200mg Deca Once a week, 40mg Anabol per day

Week 4 - 250mg Test Enanthate 2 times a week, 200mg Deca Once a week, 40mg Anabol per day

Week 5 - 250mg Test Enanthate 2 times a week, 200mg Deca Once a week, 40mg Anabol per day

Week 6 - 250mg Test Enanthate 2 times a week, 200mg Deca Once a week, 40mg Anabol per day

Week 7 - 250mg Test Enanthate 2 times a week, 200mg Deca Once a week, 40mg Anabol per day

Week 8 - 250mg Test Enanthate 2 times a week, 200mg Deca Once a week, 40mg Anabol per day

Week 9 - 250mg Test Enanthate 2 times a week, 40mg Anabol per day

Week 10 - 250mg Test Enanthate 2 times a week, 40mg Anabol per day

*20mg Nova per day

Age - 25

Lifting History - Newbie (2 months)

Height - 192cm

Weight - 159.5 lbs (after 4 weeks on cycle)

Estimated BF% - I am extremely thin with no body fat whatsoever, not sure on %

Diet - Im eating well, steak and potatoes or similar everyday, weight gainer with high calories, moderate amounts of junk food but doubled my daily intake for sure

Goals - to stop looking like a pull through for a rifle (lanky as F**k)

in the 4 weeks so far I have gained 6 kilo, Im eating well, training 3 times a week.

any thoughts or advice? (ill post a before and after pic once im finished my course, you would not beleive the difference already, im only 4 weeks in to it.

What's this Nova you mention taking 20mg ED? I'm guessing you mean Nolva, as in Nolvadex, as in Tamoxifen Citrate, but I have to ask with all the silly names of things these days.

There are indications that taking Nolva along with a nandrolone, or alongside progestins, can increase the likelyhood of gyno. Since you're taking it to reduce the likelyhood of gyno, keep an eye on things. You'd be better to drop it and run an aromatase inhibitor such as AIFM or aromasin.

You 6 kilos gain is mostly water and a sign that you need to get your oestrogen under control.

You don't mention PCT and it's essential that you get your PCT in order forthwith. From what you describe of yourself, you're a prime candidate for losing all of your gains after you end the cycle; all of them and more. Start reading into how to hold onto what you gain. Go read through the PCT forum.

I should also tell you that anything you make from this cycle you could have made without drugs as a newbie lifter. Sorry if I sound like a wet blanket but steroids are not appropriate for you at this time. Enjoy the cycle.
 
You have only been lifting for 2 months and are already using? Oh boy...
Make sure to read up on PCT, didn't notice that. You are going to have to work hard to keep your gains.

Novofen is what im using as an anti - e, got tenderness in the nipples so starting taking 20mg novofen ed for the last two weeks, the tenderness has subsided so ive been advised to continue another week at 20mg a day then down to 10mg ed for the rest of the cycle.

Im planning my PCT as we speak, I never forgot about it, in fact the last thing i want to do is lose what ive gained (although i know this will happen)

I live in Thailand so i can get what i need for PCT within a day, any advice on the perfect PCT for my situation would be appreciated
 
Definitely get yourself onto Aromasin at 25mg ED. Novofen is another brand of Nolvadex. For you to be suffering already indicates that you're sensitive to testosterone and you should be running an aromatase inhibitor. The aromasin should also get rid of some of that water you've built up.
 
Good luck, the test and deca and anabol all look okay, everybody's got a different opinion of course, I think they look fine. I also like taking long acting esters twice a week, long acting or not, you're like a roller coaster if you take them once a week. I'll let the other guys continue to talk about PCT and othter stuff as it isn't my area of expertise so to speak.

BW's right though, that steroids are not approrpriate for you right now. What's 192cm? It's well over 6'3" isn't it?? At 159lbs with that much height, the most anabolic thing you need is milk. Seriously, you'll gain from this, but you're at a point where you can make steroid-like gains by just eating and lifting.

would you hit the aromasin immediately and stop the Novofen? also how long should i keep taking the aromasin and what would you reccomend for PCT to keep maximum gains

Thanks BiggT, my height is around 6ft 3" thats correct, Im very broad shouldered with very little body fat, (ill get my body fat calculated properly at the gym this evening).

I guess Ive started now so I will finish, thats if there is no detrimental effects on what i will gain. (if there is let me know and ill stop this in a heartbeat and keep training as i am)

If i dont need the juice and i can gain the same amount why take em! problem is ive got quite interested in the whole scene and look forward to my monday and friday jabs with a dbal and coffee in the morning

Take the aromasin throughout the cycle and PCT and two weeks further. Reduce the dose once PCT proper begins.

For PCT, firstly, you might or might not need HCG to restore testicular volume. Most recommend it as a good idea after a Deca cycle. After your last shot of Test E, take 1000 iu EOD for 10 days. It should restore your testes to full size ready for PCT.

About two weeks after your last shot of Test E run clomid at 50mg ED for 3-4 weeks. When you start the clomid, you can drop the aromasin down to 10mg ED.

Keep your eating high during this period of recovery. There's nothing as anabolic as food except food itself. Reduce your lifting volume but keep lifting heavy. This part is difficult to advise you on since you're a newbie lifter.

Basically, once your cycle is over, your body goes into a catabolic state until your own hormone production gets back under way. You need to protect your muscle from being worn down through excessive work at this time but you need to keep lifting heavy to help retain muscle.

By five or six weeks past your last shot, you're pretty much out of the woods and can get back to normal. Keep eating to support the new mass else it'll just waste away. Whatever you're still holding after two to three months is your actual gains but remember to keep eating to support it.
 
At four weeks in, you might as well run the cycle. That Deca is going to take a long while to clear, anyway, so finish the ride. If you dropped the Deca straight away then you'd still need to run the Test for another couple of weeks while the Deca cleared.

You could just cut out weeks 5, 6, 7 and 8, though. This would make your PCT recovery a shade easier and there'd really be no need to run HCG.

From here, I'd finish it. It'll be educational, at least.

I will see it out, thanks for the PCT advice ill go shopping tomorrow for everything I need, will be interesting to see what i can keep following your PCT advice, Im determined and disciplined and i do as im told, you guys are the experts.

I looked like one of your greyhounds before i started the course, feels nice to be strong again.

Mid Morning - N-Large supplement Shake
Midday - High protein meal varies each day, usually Steak and potatoes or fish and chips, ham & cheese omelette)
Afternoon - N -Large Supplement Shake
Tea Time (and pre-workout) - again varies but usually beef, chicken or fish with potatoes)
after workout - N-Large Supplement Shake
Evening Meal - Burger or cheese and ham omelette
Before Bed - N-Large Supplement Shake
