My cycle ,but not gaining help

9 days in to the cycle

How long should i see results ,PUMPS ARE INSANE ,but i dont see any difference

maybe i should eat till i drop??

am i doing something wrong

how musch a day should i lift weights ,i do 7days a week ,and i work 1 body part a day for 1 and a half hour

is this too much

way too much and I am not someone who preaches over training...notn just the muscle ned rest your nuerological system needs days off....train 5 days a week 1 to 1.5 hours a day
 
1. eat as much as you can
2. relax....you arent going to become jay cutler in 9 days. if you didnt gain anything by the end of the cycle then there might be something wrong. just train like you usually do and dont worry about it.
 
no im not complaining ,and i know its only 9 days ,i know its not some kind of SUPER JUICE that makes muscle in 9 days

i just wanted to know how long does it take to see results if you do everthing allright??

i will cut back my training ,im doing to much ,this week i watched too much SUPERMAN thats why i trained like an animal

How much are you eating? Yes, eat till you drop if you are bulking and going for size. You will regret it if you don't. I find 23kcal/lb is a good level for bulking but everyone is different.
 
5 days a week 1 to 1.5 hours like said before is a ll you need. Balls to the walls then get out.

EAT then EAT again Protein carbs and good fats.

SUS and Deca take some time the d-bol will be soon.

How many cycle and how long you been off.
 
1. Overtraining
2. You are not eating enough as you should be eating until you drop.
3. You shouldn't be using steroids without first sorting out number 1 & 2.
